Returns:
If you need to return an item Patio Living Furniture will refund you the purchase price of the order less the shipping costs incurred by Patio Living Furniture.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee.
All merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals.
Orders cancelled after packages have been sent will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges incurred by Patio Living Furniture.
Shipping Damage:

Upon delivery be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise before accepting and signing for delivery. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged you should refuse delivery or notate damage on the freight bill. If you have received a damaged item please contact Patio Living Furniture by email of specific damage within 3 days.
Patio Living Furniture will handle all correspondence with UPS and Yellow Shipping to arrange for a replacement product and return shipping through UPS or Yellow Shipping.
If packages are received without recording damage on the freight waybill, or damaged items are shipped back without prior notification the contract that Patio Living Furniture made with the manufacturer and UPS or Yellow Shipping on behalf of the customer will be null and void. This will result in a denied damage claim with UPS or Yellow Shipping and replacement or refund will not be issued.
